I'm a Kitty Cat
Ok, so I'm really more of a dog person. My sister has a cat named Maruschka that looks similar to the star of this video.
Only my sister's cat doesn't dance. Maruschka does trip out on cat nip when given the opportuity. Maruschka also looks like she has a shrunken head because she is absolutely enormous! She's so funny.

OMFG! That is probably one of the funniest kitty things I have seen in my life. And I whole-heartedly agree that this could be Maruschka's family.
